Types of pre-production


In class we were asked to create a mind-map exploring the different types of Pre-Production for example in films, websites, magazines and animations etc.

I learnt a lot from this lesson as i before didn't know how much work and pre-production went into all these types of productions, for example I learnt how film makers use storyboards and scripts to create films and how in magazine companies use target market research to create content for their magazines.

This information will help me in the future as if i want to go into film making or into animation this mind map has given me an insight into what these productions need in order to create a final product. These pre-productions help inform what we would need to do in order to for example create a film or animation.
