Why evaluation pre-production doc? Evaluating the effectiveness of pre-production documentation is vital in ensuring that the final version that is sent to the production team is effective. If documents aren't checked, they could be the cause of a major planning problem , so it is important the quality of documents is evaluated. (10) In the brief what must be included 100% is a promotional video (It implicit they must do so) what must last between 20 and 40 seconds, that is aimed at an audience of between the ages of 8 and 14, this is open to interpretation.
