-Small movies are less likely to be given a fund or budget by hollywood and tv as they assume they ---will not produce enough money.



-Small movies such as 'The Theory of Everything' hollywood won't budget as they assume it will not -generate enough money.



-However block-buster movies are more likely to be funded by hollywood and tv as they seem to          -produce the most amount of money.



-Block-buster movies such Marvel movies hollywood will support and fund as they know from past           -movies that they will generate and make the most amount of money, whether its from the films, -------branch off tv shows or merchandise.



-Kate little the managing director of Lime Pictures, says that the big budgets, creative freedom and longer story arcs offered by high-end TV have become a bona fide draw for talent. 


-The BFI says the figure for inward production investment in TV, mostly from US   -----------  -companies such as Amazon, Netflix and HBO, nearly doubled from £252m in 2013 to a record of almost £500m last year.
